Directors Profile

In our portfolio, we have several housing projects that we are offering for sale. We have built some of these houses, and we also have been contracted to sell on behalf of our clients.

Bernard Mwongera Gatobu graduated from Strathmore University with a B.Com degree (Marketing & Micro-finance) and later attained a Diploma in Estate Agency and Property Management, from University of Nairobi.In addition, he holds a Bachelors degree in Real Estate and Property Management from the Technical University of Kenya.He is a member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (I.S.K) and a registered Real Estate Agent with the Estate Agents Registration Board (E.A.R.B).

Bernard has managed many properties in various sections of the country since year 2010.

Qs. Aaron Murithi Gitonga holds an MBA, Strategic Management and a B.A Building Economics both from from the University of Nairobi. He is a registered Quantity Surveyor.

Aaron has been involved in the development of numerous projects, from their initiation to completion.
